Charleston Friends of the Library Board of Directors consists of all volunteer based community members dedicated to improving the library for the community. The CFOL Board meetings are held for the purpose of conducting necessary business to operate Charleston Friends of the Library.

Meetings
Charleston Friends of the Library hosts it's monthly board meeting scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of the Month at 5:30pm at CCPL's Main Library, except where altered by public holiday. Notices of changes or cancellations will be posted as necessary. Committee and/or special meetings are called on an as-needed basis.
