Gently used books - no broken spines, missing pages, highlighting/notes on pages or damaged/yellowed books please!
Books only - we can NOT accept magazines, CDs, DVDs, video games, or audiobooks
Not all books - we can NOT accept text books, reference books, encyclopedias, or outdated computer books

Book Donation Process
DONATE BOOKS
at our Citadel Mall location
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Large (3+ boxes) require an appointment. See instructions.
Not all library branches can accept book donations. Please contact your branch to see if you can donate there.
Ask for a receipt from our store if you will claim a tax deduction for your book donation.
SMALL DONATIONS
-less than 3 boxes of books
Bring 1-3 boxes of books directly to our store in the Citadel Mall, Mon - Fri from 10 am to 2 pm.
Outside of these hours, please drop off books in the small Donation Bin at the front of the store.
LARGE DONATIONS
-more than 3 boxes of books
Large donations must be scheduled so a volunteer is available to receive them.

Large donations are ONLY accepted at our back entrance at Receiving Area E. Upon arrival at your scheduled time, PLEASE CALL 843-647-1289 (we cannot hear you knock on the door!)
Please DO NOT leave items outside. They will be thrown away by the Mall.
